Friday 9th June 2017: 4.33pm. This morning I took my hopefully final exam in my Open University Pure Maths qualification, it was the hardest anyone can think of in any exam in at least a decade, my best estimation of my result is approx 42%. Could possibly be a resit, we shall see, but a deeply unfair exam, the mandatory section was littered with little twists and math quirks which is absolutely fine except for the enormous time pressure, three hours gives you no time to think about anything tricky. Got approx half the exam done when leaving out the bits I couldn't answer, and you lose half a mark for every small error, hence my estimate of 42%. Anyway, it's done now, and thus ends my busiest time of each year Feb-May! I'm taking next week off doing anything at all, I'm going to relax play with the children and stuff. The week after I need to start chasing some work, only earned for a single month so far this year, money is running down.
