Saturday 27th June 2015: 5.08pm. Location: Dromahane.

Glued and screwed two garden trellises together to make a "stop Clara running onto the road" barrier. Not bad for €10 especially as I'll be unemployed in a few weeks from now and we'll have to cut our family expenditure by about 30% to squeeze onto unemployment benefits. We've always kept our expenditures low, but it's interesting how it's crept up this past year, little things mount up.
